Not medical advice

Reclaimed is a wellness and coaching product for education and support. It is not medical care and does not create a doctor or patient relationship. The app, including the AI coach, does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from your physician or another qualified health provider. Always talk with your doctor before making changes to medication, supplements, or medical care, and seek emergency care for urgent symptoms. You use the guidance here at your own discretion.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Reclaimed.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity on your account. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date.

Membership and billing

• Reclaimed is a paid monthly membership. The current price is shown at checkout.
• Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the current period unless required by law.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

The AI coach

The AI coach offers general education in Mackenzie's coaching style. It can be incomplete or imperfect and is not a licensed professional. Do not rely on it for medical decisions, and never share information you do not want processed to generate a response.

Acceptable use

Use Reclaimed for your own personal wellness. Do not misuse the app, attempt to access other members' data, or copy and redistribute its content.

Content

The programs, plans, recipes, and other materials in Reclaimed are owned by Her Wellness Reclaimed and are for your personal use. The entries you create remain yours.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided on an as is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Her Wellness Reclaimed is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.

Termination

You may stop using Reclaimed at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the updated version here with a new date, and continued use means you accept the changes.
