Terms of Service

Not medical advice

Reclaimed is a wellness and coaching product for education and support. It is not medical care and does not create a doctor or patient relationship. Her Wellness Reclaimed and its coaches are not your physician. The Service, including the AI coach and the lab education feature, does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from your physician or another qualified health provider. Always talk with your doctor before making changes to medication, supplements, or medical care, and seek emergency care for urgent symptoms. You use the guidance here at your own discretion and risk.

Lab education feature

If you upload lab results, the AI provides general educational information about what markers commonly relate to and what may generally support that area. This is general education only. It is not a reading, interpretation, or diagnosis of your specific results, and it is not a treatment plan. It does not replace a review by your doctor or a qualified professional. Do not start, stop, or change any medication or supplement based on it.

Movement and fitness, assumption of risk

Reclaimed includes workout and movement suggestions. Physical activity carries inherent risks, including injury. You should get clearance from your doctor before starting any new exercise, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, or have any medical condition. You are responsible for exercising within your own limits, and you assume all risk associated with any physical activity you choose to do.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Reclaimed.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Membership and billing

• Reclaimed is a paid membership. The current price and billing period are shown at checkout.
• Your membership renews automatically each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, including for partial periods.
• Payments are processed securely by our billing provider. We do not store your full card details.

The AI coach

The AI coach offers general education in the Her Wellness coaching style. It can be incomplete or imperfect and is not a licensed professional. Do not rely on it for medical decisions, and do not share information you would not want processed to generate a response.

Acceptable use

Use Reclaimed for your own personal wellness. Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access other members' data, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, or copy, resell, or redistribute its content. In the community space, be respectful and supportive. We may remove content or accounts that are abusive, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Service and its content, including the programs, plans, recipes, written materials, software, and the Her Wellness Reclaimed name and brand, are owned by Her Wellness Reclaimed LLC and protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for your own wellness while your membership is active. The entries and content you create remain yours, and you grant us permission to store and use them to operate the Service for you.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Her Wellness Reclaimed LLC and its owners, coaches, and providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or outcome arising from your use of the Service or any guidance in it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Her Wellness Reclaimed LLC and its owners, coaches, and providers from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Dispute resolution and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Her Wellness Reclaimed LLC is formed, without regard to conflict of law rules. To the extent permitted by law, you and we agree that any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and that each of us waives the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, and nothing here removes a right you cannot waive by law.

Termination

You may stop using Reclaimed at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here with a new date, and continued use means you accept the changes.
